About Anne Gage

Recognized as one of the top Chris Irwin certified trainers (Gold) in North America Anne works with you and your horse to create the riding experience you truly want and deserve.

Certified in groundwork, riding and Equine Assisted Personal Development, Anne offers something you can't find with traditional horse trainers and coaches

Anne’s training & coaching technique is based on an understanding of horse psychology, body language, horse & human bio- mechanics & fundamental riding skills.

Anne understands the physical and emotional challenges that affect adult riders, their riding ability and confidence both on the ground and in the saddle.  She has helped many adult riders regain their confidence and enjoy riding again.

Anne’s mission is to help horses and humans to be better together.  Through lessons, workshops and clinics, she helps women to:
 
•ride with confidence;
•bring the fun & enjoyment back into their time with horses;
•become the rider their horse deserves.

Qualifications

  • 30 years experience in the horse industry including riding, showing, breeding, training and coaching
  • Gold Certified Chris Irwin Trainer (the first Trainer to achieve this level)
  • EAPD (Equine Assisted Personal Development) Certification Level1 & 2 from Chris Irwin
  • Director of Communications - Chris Irwin's Horsepower Productions
  • 1 of 4 Irwin Certified Trainers working with contestants of the "Win a Race Horse Challenge" at CanAm Equine International Horse & Trade Show September 2005
  • The only Certified Trainer working with thoroughbreds from the LongRun adoption program at the Chris Irwin Thoroughbred Symposium at WaterStone Farms July 2006
